We started Foundation Guard because there were not options available to home buyers and owners to protect them against foundation problems after the purchase of their home. Foundation Guard was created to not only guide you through protecting and monitoring your home, but also to protect you financially.

Application process
There are multiple options to see if you qualify for our service. You can provide an engineers report, you can pay $150 non-refundable fee for one of our technicians to come to your home, or in some cases other documents may suffice such as from a home inspector or foundation repair contractor depending on the extent of information. We will use this to evaluate your home and let you know if it is approved or denied for our program.

What’s next?
Once your home has been accepted, you will be sent a contract to sign along with coverage options. This will include options for different time periods of monitoring and guarantee from 1 to 3 years. Once the document is returned we will send an invoice for payment.
Step 2
Coverage
Your Foundation Guard
Once you have selected your length of Foundation Guard and provided payment, we will send out our technician once per year to evaluate your home and provide recommendations as needed. If your home does need repairs during your contract as outlined in the agreement we will cover those up to $10,000!
